Now, there are many off-the-shelf gluten-free pasta sauces out there. But this was so natural and tasty, I just thought I’d share it.
x2 tins of chopped tomatoes
x2 garlic cloves (crushed)
handful of fresh basil
1. Fry the crushed garlic cloves until they start to brown.
2. Add your handful of fresh basil and fry with the garlic for a few seconds.
3. Add both tins of chopped tomatoes and leave to simmer and reduce slightly.
4. Add to cooked pasta.
How easy was that!?
