This is the Seeded Sourdough Artisan Boule I was sent from Newburn Bakehouse from Warburtons. I’ve mostly stayed away from bread since being diagnosed with Coeliac disease because it tastes like cardboard, let’s not lie, it really does. However, I was pleasantly surprised by this particular loaf. I decided to make it into garlic bread to accompany our rather plain Saturday night pasta dish. It’s available in Sainsbury’s, even my smaller local Sainbury’s, which I was surprised about because they never seem to have anything. I also think this bread would make great soldiers to my soft-boiled eggs.
