Still into that New Year health kick? Try this smoothie!

If you’re bored with your mundane breakfast routine, why not shake it up a little? You can pack all kinds of goodness into this simple drink, it’s also something you can prepare the night before if your morning routine leaves little room for faff.

The smoothie recipe only has 5 ingredients in it and if you’re buying the ingredients specifically for this smoothie, you’ll easily be able to make 5 smoothies or more – that’s your breakfast sorted for the whole week!

Ingredients

  • 200ml milk
  • 1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 banana, sliced

Method

Blend all ingredients together. That’s it, you’re done. Have a nice day!
