I’ve baked with so many mixes because obviously it’s a lot quicker when you want muffins NOW. Also, I don’t know if I’ve yet to find the nicest flour to use, so mine always taste so bad. Anyway, I went a bit crazy on our weekly shop and ended up buying all sorts of new ready meals and snacks, and before I knew it, we had an abundance of baking mixtures arriving at our door. I don’t even remember putting most of them into my basket!
I’ve just baked with the Provena gluten-free muffin mix and it was really simple, all you add is butter and eggs, winner! 15 minutes later they were finished, the house smells like I’m a professional baker, and, perhaps most importantly, they taste like actual muffins. I’ve never been a big cake lover but I will definitely be buying this mixture again.
