A gluten-free brownie in a mug? Go on then!

One of my friends actually sent this to me after spotting it on Amazon. I was a bit sceptical, even though it’s a brownie in a mug, which does seem like a good idea, but how tasty is it really going to be gluten-free? It turns out it’s actually the perfect dessert for winter, you can hug your mug and eat a brownie, win-win, right? Although my picture below might not look that appetising, I did use a mug that was as big as my face, I don’t really know what I was expecting? A mega brownie, perhaps? But it was quick, easy and tasty. The marshmallows add a nice touch, too!

I think this kind of gift is perfect as a Christmas stocking filler, whether you’ve got a family member who is coeliac or gluten-sensitive, I’d definitely think about getting them one of these!

Get your gluten-free mug brownie mix from bakedin on Amazon, here.
